Summary : In the spring of 2021, the CentrEau strategic cluster published its Strategic Plan for 2021-2026. From this plan, Goal 8 is to "implement mechanisms to increase the sense of inclusion and equity throughout the CentrEau community and value diversity within the cluster." As a result, CentrEau's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee (EDI Committee) has been working since September 2020 to develop and implement the cluster's first-ever EDI strategy. The EDI strategy includes several steps, the first being the completion of a survey of our members as well as the development of the current status report (Spring 2021). Next, a brainstorming workshop and a literature review were conducted to identify objectives, directions and courses of action. The 2021-2026 action plan is the result of this process and will be presented to you during this webinar.
