4-compartment membrane filtration unit

Air handling unit stripping and filtration


Pilot for the treatment of industrial wastewater containing volatile compounds, for both pedagogy and research and development. It is a flexible equipment that allows feasibility studies on different types of contaminated water. It is composed of : - 10 l capacity polyethylene feed tank with removable lid - Total drain valve at the bottom of the tank - Raw water supply valve - Variable flow centrifugal feed pump - Supply pipe at the top of the PVC column - Control valve and flowmeter on filter supply - A filtration column on the air stripping bench and modifications on the bench to accept this filtration column

Membrane filtration unit


/// Description : - Pilot unit for membrane filtration tests (ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis). - Water supplied by a 0.37 kW (1/2 hp) pump. - Pretreatment through two disposable 24 and 5 µm microfilter cartridges. - The clogging of the membranes is monitored using two manometers. - System equipped with a submersible centrifugal pump capable of working at a maximum of 3105 kPa (450 psi) connected to a recirculation pump with a capacity of 110 L / min. The pump is operated with a 2.24 kW (3 hp) and 230 V motor. - The unit includes two membrane reactors powered in parallel.

Pilot for dissolved air flotation treatment


Pilot for the treatment of industrial wastewater for pedagogy and research and development. It is a flexible equipment that allows feasibility studies on different types of contaminated water. It is composed of : - 200 L graduated polyethylene feed tank with removable lid and complete drain valve at the bottom of the tank and an isolation valve. - Variable flow supply pump from 0 to 1 33 / h equipped with an isolation valve and pressure gauge on discharge. - Supply flowmeter 0 to 500 Llh with bypass. - 100 L capacity transparent PVC float with motor and scraper for the foam. - Sludge recovery tank with a capacity of 50 liters. - Raw water pressurization system with pressure tank with measurement of water flow (0-500 L / h) and air flow (0-500 L / h), for air regulator inlet and the stop valve. - Flow recirculation pump 0-500 L / h with isolation valve and discharge pressure gauge. - 200 L treated water recovery tank

Pilot ozonation unit


Unit capable of generating a variable amount of ozone of 1-60 g of O3 / h. It uses dried air or oxygen as the service gas. It is equipped with a filter, a water supply pump to process variable flow 0-60 l/min and an automatic control.
