Water treatment pilot by coagulation, flocculation, decantation


Pilot for water treatment, pedagogy and research and development. This flexible equipment allows feasibility studies on different types of contaminated water is equipped with: - Graduated tank for the storage of 200 L polyethylene feed water on a mobile frame Water supply pumps and chemical dosing pumps (pH, coagulant, flocculant) all stainless steel with level detection and variable flow - Flowmeters - Graduated tanks for the storage of chemical products (pH, coagulant and flocculant corrector) with a capacity of 20 liters and flocculant) with a capacity of 20 liters - Reading and pH adjustment with pH meter with built-in pH electrode - variable speed stirring motor at 2000 rpm - Transparent PVC coagulation tank with 5 L capacity, mobile, Rushton turbine stirrer - Transparent PVC flocculator with 40 L capacity, mobile, propeller agitation - 100 L transparent PVC lamellar separator with drain valve, variable blade tilt angle, upper overflow water flow with sample connection, sludge withdrawal pump
