Summary: In July 2018, an event at the Water Engineering Development Centre Conference in Nakuru, Kenya, “Blunders, Bloopers and Foul-ups: A WASH Game Show” inspired a call for WASH Professionals to publicly commit to sharing their failures and learning from one another. In this presentation, the speaker will give an overview of the need to share failure in the sector, some of the approaches that the WASH failures team has used and the Nakuru accord that promotes transparency and accountability in the WASH sector.
